Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  • Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start a return for the original item. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
