Rooted in Ritual

Living on the Sunshine Coast, I find inspiration in the ocean, which acts as my medicine and daily guide. My 20+ years as a student of yoga, including Vedic meditation, breath-work, kundalini kriya, and yoga asana, have taught me the importance of tuning into the body’s wisdom.

Each day, I ask my body what it needs, listen with an open heart, and honor its message. This is where healing begins—when we take time to nourish ourselves from the inside out.
